Continuing Education Credits
Users of the School Nutrition Toolbox are eligible to receive Continuing Education (CE) credits from the School Nutrition Association for completion of each course in the training series.
The credit hours will be displayed on the certificate you will receive for each course.
Here is the breakdown of CE Credits/course and passing grade required on each required quiz or activity:
Determining Eligibility = 2.5 credits, passing score of 80%. Meal Counting and Claiming = 1.5 credits, passing score of 80%. Verification of Eligibility = 2.5 credits, passing score of 80%. Annual Training = 2.0 credits, passing score of 90% (no CE Credits issued for achieving 100% on the Pre-Test). Breakfast, The Most Important Lesson of the Day = 2.0 credits, passing score of 80%. Overview of School Nutrition Programs = 1.0 credits, passing score of 80%. School Meals Initiative (SMI) = 2.0 credits, passing score of 80%. Serving Students with Special Needs = 2.0 credits, passing score of 80%.
