To enable cookies:
Click Start > Control Panel. (Note: with Windows XP Classic View, click the Windows Start button > Settings > Control Panel).

1. Click on Tools and then click on Internet Options.

2. From the Internet Properties dialog box, on the Privacy tab.

3. Slide the bar down to the button of the scale until the words “Accept All Cookies” appear.
